Over the years, I’ve realized how much my overall design perspective influences the way I approach each ADU design project. My work usually starts with understanding how a small space can support a full living experience without feeling restricted. That often means focusing on natural light, efficient circulation, multipurpose layouts, and subtle transitions that give the structure a more open feel.
A big part of what I do involves blending practicality with visual balance—making sure the layout not only works but also feels inviting. I also spend a lot of time thinking about how each element connects, whether it’s the placement of windows, storage solutions that don’t overwhelm the room, or how outdoor space interacts with the interior.
I’m always refining my process, exploring new ideas, and paying attention to how people actually use compact spaces. For me, every project becomes a chance to improve the way small living environments function while still keeping them comfortable and visually grounded.
