DIGITAL PHASE-LOCKED LOOP RESEARCH
Uspalenko V.B., Pavlov A.N., Pogudin A.L.

Abstract

In article the questions connected with the systems of automatic control arranging the frequency of the operated generator are considered so that it was equal to the frequency of a basic signal. Adjustment is carried out thanks to existence of negative feedback. The output signal of the operated generator is compared on the phase detector to a basic signal, the result of comparison is used for fine tuning of the operated generator. The system of FAPCh is used for frequency modulation and demodulation, multiplication and transformation of frequency, a frequency filtration, allocation of basic fluctuation for coherent detecting and in other purposes. Compares phases of entrance and basic signals and removes the mistake signal corresponding to a difference between these phases. The signal of a mistake passes further through the filter of low frequencies and is used as the managing director for the generator operated by tension (GUN), providing negative feedback. If output frequency deviates from basic, the signal of a mistake increases, influencing GUN towards reduction of a mistake. In an equilibrium state the output signal is fixed at a frequency of the basic. Research of digital FAPCh was conducted with use of imitating modeling. The block diagram of digital FAPCh and its components is in detail considered. For determination of all parameters s ( n ), v ( n ), e ( n ), q ( n ), y ( n ) and r ( n ) of FAPCh the program in the C+ programming language was written. Evident schedules of change of an entrance signal of s 1( n ) and s 2( n ), signal at the exit from the loopback e 1( n ) and e 2( n ) filter, a signal at the exit from the phase detector v 1( n ) and v 2( n ), change of transfer function r 1( n ) and r 2( n ), an output differential signal of r 1( n ) and r 2( n ), change of a signal from an exit of GUN y1( n ) and y2( n ), constructed with use of spreadsheets of Excel are received. The detailed technique of the solution of the same task by means of imitating modeling in a MatLab package is described. The function chart of FAPCh in a MicroCAP-8 package which allowed to remove the schedule of change of LAChH of digital FAPCh is developed.

SOLID WASTE AS FUEL FOR GAS TURBINE PLANT
Ivanov V.L., Skibin D.A.

Abstract

The modern civilization has faced with three global interrelated problems: growing energy consumption, shortage of energy resource and increasing environmental pollution. With 7.162 billion pers. population of 2013 year, 11 billion pers. prognostic population to 2050 year and the current growth of energy consumption per capita the required energy consumption may rise double. Fossil fuels combustion by the modern combustion technologies could lead to annual emissions into the environment up to 57 gigatons of carbon dioxide. This phenomenon can lead to unpredictable natural disasters. The specific fuel resource is municipal solid waste (MSW) which is constantly formed as a result of human activity. During the year resident of a City forms 350…360 kg Solid Waste. They can be directed for incineration to Steam Turbine Power for electric power generation companies of heat and hot water. The natural decay process or incineration (accelerated oxidation) are parts of the natural cycle of substances in nature. Therefore Incineration of solid waste does not increase fundamentally environmental burden on nature. The ecologically correct formed the combustion process can lead to even less. emission of flue gases standardized components to the atmosphere. Along with Large (gigawatts) Incineration Steam Turbine Complex the same Gas Turbine Complex of less power is the object of interest for small towns. Environmental indicator of such complex allows to build it up within served territory. With full cost recovery of complex due to the commodity of electricity, district heating energy, and implementation of secondary raw materials this Gas Turbine Complex in fact is the local energy source and also is the key to solve MSW problems of small municipal territory. On the base of preliminary analysis a chosen fuel for Gas Turbine Installation is producer gas - product of MSW gasification. Working media for a turbine is high temperature air heated by combustion product. The combustion chamber is placed behind the turbine. Therefore turbine blades erosive damage is impossible. The peculiarity of Low calorific gas combustion process is taken into account. As a result for Gas Turbine Installation of Regenerative Cycle the special gas-air massflow rate correction is used. At a temperature 1173 K before a turbine (have used coolness turbine blades) the Gas Turbine Installation Efficiency is not less than 32 %.

Tyurin S.F.

Abstract

The system design of programmable logic integrated circuits (FPGAs) QuartusII firm Altera have the option State Machine for automatic synthesis scheme the graph of a finite automaton through the intermediate step of receiving a program in VHDL. Options direct input truth table as a figure for subsequent automatic synthesis of circuits by the author have not been found, and the synthesis via the options of programming languages VHDL and others not within the interests of the author, therefore, attempt to use for these purposes the options of automatic synthesis by the State Machine QuartusII. The paper investigates the automatic synthesis of a combinational finite state machine using QuartusII by the State Machine Editor and language VHDL. It turns out that this option allows to synthesize not only the state machine with the memory containing more than two states, but the combination machine. In this case, the graph of a finite automaton contains only one state. Logic function describing the state machine are marks set of arcs that state. Tags prepared from the corresponding truth table, which must be obtained before using the State Machine Editor QuartusII. Symbols of logical operations used when specifying a finite state machine and displayed after synthesis tool Map Viewer are substantial differences. Are presented the results of a study the LUT FPGA truth tables.

Makhnutin A.K., Kavalerov B.V.

Abstract

The article discusses the characteristics and prospects of gas-turbine plants in the production of electricity and heat. The paper was based on the results of public sources. The possible implementation of the objects of gas-turbine plants. There have been some problems when converting aircraft gas turbine power plants in the ground. First, the features of a gas turbine and combined cycle technologies. Following this, we consider the general situation with the production of gas turbines, including in the retrospective section (review starts with 1999). Then the objects are considered in sufficient detail the implementation of gas turbines for power generation. As for the electrical solutions for the power plants were constructed, the main problem is to determine where to connect generators to the existing power supply scheme of the enterprise at the lowest cost for its reconstruction. It is noted that the use of gas turbines is economically justified when selecting the installation under a covering heat load for hot water. This ensures 100 % load gas turbines and boilers operating in the heating season, in the summer time disabled. Accounting for the specifics of gas turbines is required for the planned further mathematical modeling of processes in gas turbine power plants with the aim of improving the process of power generation, optimum performance in steady-state and transient conditions specific to connecting power to the particular configuration of the power supply system. Published in the article the results obtained in the framework of the state order of the Russian Ministry № 13.832.2014/K “Development of methodological fundamentals of adaptive management and non-autonomous self-contained gas turbine power of 25 MW”.

Kichkin A.V., Chudinov A.V.

Abstract

The paper proposes an evolution heuristic algorithm for optimization of distributed generation power system. The local segment of active - adaptive network consisting of four generators and six consumers is used as an example. In a local active-adaptive network conditions defined distribution of electricity from generators to consumers, as well as solve the problem of optimizing the distribution of the total power with the help of genetic algorithm. Random values of transmission power from generators to consumers, forming the population - a set of individuals characterized by chromosomes, is a numeric vector corresponding to the parameters of power are given. Each individual is an individual solution to the optimization problem. Next, the algorithm generating values change, achieving the highest growth rate of the utility function. In order to prevent the algorithm stops when it reaches a local maximum at each step mutations - random changes in part of the chromosome. A comparison of the solution with the solution unbalanced transportation problem. Experimental studies are based on the HIL local active-adaptive network, realized on the basis of laboratory equipment the department Microprocessor Means of Automatization department of Perm National Research Polytechnic University. Abstract

The article suggested the use of small gas turbine engine in the ground power plants, unmanned aircrafts, subsonic air defense targets and maneuverable small size weapons. The main regard was given to the mobile ground power plants. We consider the appointment of such plants for special services and military needs, and briefly described the current state of their production in the world. Also we review the advantages of small engines on jet engines of traditional dimensions in terms of possible advanced design and technological solutions, such as the use of composite materials in the hot part of the engine and the ease of making changes in the design of individual components and parts. The variants of improving low specific characteristics of small gas turbine engines were offered, primarily due to increasing of the compressive ratio in the compressor and increasing the gas temperature in front of the turbine. Also the following parameters were compared: temperature of the gas in a heat exchanger, power output, specific fuel consumption and engine efficiency at different temperatures of gas in front of the turbine and the compressive ratio of the compressor, at various design modifications and / or by using composite materials in the hot part. Also the verification of design techniques of centrifugal compressors was made, which has improved efficiency and other parameters of the device. In addition, the images were shown and the means of production that were used during the work were described: the stereolithography installation, CNC, as well as the test bench. Most of the raw data was taken at the engine prototypes start-ups on a test bench.
