The review of set of k–ε models for modeling tURbulence
Korkodinov I.A.

Abstract

The governing equations of fluid and gas mechanics are considered such as continuity equation and Navier – Stokes equations. The application of Reynolds decomposition for closure problem of turbulence is described. Boussinesq hypothesis which allows introducing the conception of turbulent viscosity is considered. The most widely-known k–ε models are described as well as their advantages and disadvantages.

POWER BALANCE OF PLASMA ARC CUTTING USING REVERSE POLARITY CURRENT
Scshicin Y.D., Scshicin V.Y., Neulybin S.D.

Abstract

Here are shown the research results of energy distribution during plasma-arc welding using reverse polarity current with combined gas feeding. Thermal capacity of plasmotron in developed method is less than 10 % of total capacity of the constricted arc which in size is comparable to air plasma cutting using direct polarity current. It is found that energy consumption for running meter cut using this method in 1,5–2 times lower than for the traditional methods.

Abstract

Construction design of dosing system with canshaft drive was considered. Computation scheme and mathematical model of doser (batching counter) with account of dynamic interrelationship its elements like single hydro-electric system were proposed. Task analysis and synthesis of dynamical and geometrical characteristics of doser were formulated.

FEATURES OF PROCESSING EXACT BORES OF CYLINDRICAL SPIRAL SPRING HONE
Podgaetskiy M.M., Scherbina K.K.

Abstract

In article process of correction of geometrical deviations in a longitudinal section by means of a variation of intensity of removal of a layer of an allowance is considered at change of frequency of an axial ostsillyation of per unit length processed bore. Probe of process of correction happens at a honing of cylindrical spiral spring hone. The mathematical model of the area of a removed allowance in a longitudinal section is removed. The mathematical model which unites the size of a removed allowance and frequency of the axial ostsillyation, per unit length processed bore is also removed. Results of experimental check of adequacy of mathematical models on a basis which the surface of a response coordinating dependence of coefficient of an correct of honing bores from the most influential parameters of processing, namely frequencies of an axial ostsillyation is received are presented. Optimum values of input parameters of processing influencing process of correction of geometrical deviations are defined.
