PERIODIC SOLUTIONS OF SECOND ORDER QUASILINEAR FUNCTIONAL-DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION
Abstract
Periodic boundary value problem for a functional-differential equation with a special deviation of the argument is studied, where is a linear operator, New sufficient conditions for the existence of the solution of the problem are obtained. The case of an ordinary differential equation is discussed. The investigations adjoin the work of the authors.

On multi-point boundary value problems for first order Linear differential equations system
Abstract
A multipoint problem with an integral condition is considered for first order linear differential equations system. Necessary and sufficient conditions of unique solution are obtained, the correctness condition, and the exact solution.

NECESSARY OPTIMALITY CONDITIONS OF SINGULAR CONTROL IN A ROSSER TYPE HYBRID SYSTEMS CONTROL PROBLEM
Abstract
We study one hybrid systems optimal control problem the Rosser type. An analog of the Pontryagins maximum principle is established. The case of degeneracy (a singular case) of the analog Pontryagins maximum condition is considered.

LOADED DIFFERENTIAL AND FREDHOLM INTEGRO-DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS WITH NONLOCAL INTEGRAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS
Abstract
A direct method for the exact solution of loaded differential or Fredholm Integro-Differential Equations (IDEs) with nonlocal integral boundary conditions is proposed. We consider the abstract operator equations of the form Bu = Au - g Ψ( u ) = f with abstract nonlocal boundary conditions. In this paper we investigate the correctness of the equation Bu = f and its exact solution in closed form.

Automated data acquisition system of measuring installation for testing systems of hydrogen safety of nuclear power plants
Abstract
In many branches of science and technology, as a rule, there is a question of construction and practical application of complex objects and systems, different in physical nature, functional purpose, specific implementation and architecture. Their full automation requires the introduction of such adequate control systems, which would be characterized by the ability to evaluate the unobservable variables of the object, predict the state of the object under specified or selected criteria and automate the synthesis of optimal control strategies.

TRAINING SAMPLE OBJECT SIZE INFLUENCE UPON THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE METHODS SEGMENTATION QUALITY
Abstract
The experience with convolutional neural networks is described. Detection of objects of a certain size using convolutional neural networks is carried out using training sets compiled in a certain way. The result of the work is recommendations for constructing a learning set that will take into account the sizes of objects detected by the neural network.

REAL-TIME VIDEO STREAM IMAGE TRACKING
Abstract
The problem of counting cars on a highway using standard video surveillance equipment was set and solved with the OpenCV computer vision library. The library made possible to grab each video stream frame in real time and process incoming information. Data processing was performed using a segmented neural network. Accuracy in 70% of correct definition of cars was reached.

NEURO-EXPERT SYSTEM OF DIAGNOSTICS, FORECASTING AND RISK MANAGEMENT CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES
Abstract
Proposed several options for creating euroexpert systems designed for diagnosis, prognosis and management the emergence and development of cardiovascular diseases. The capabilities of intelligent systems have been demonstrated by specific examples of predicting and managing the health status of patients by changing their lifestyle and taking certain medications. As shown by computational experiments, the effects of control actions depend on the sex and age characteristics of patients and their current health.
