THE LONG-TERM ENERGY MONITORING BASED ON OPENJEVIS SOFTWARE
Abstract
The article discusses the basic principles of an automated system for monitoring long-term energy performance based on the open source OpenJEVis platform, gives a general idea of the overall system, the system architecture. OpenJEVis is an information system that realizes the possibility of obtaining and processing all kinds of physical data. The system has flexible mechanisms to collect, visualize and analyze all the key characteristics of its operations that determine energy. Under practical case energy production profile obtained by long-term consumption of thermal energy, identified the places unsustainable consumption, set the reasons for possible losses, visually identified in the behavior of the graph. The proposed approach to retrofits can give systematic enterprise results aimed at establishing strategies to improve energy efficiency and save resources.

DEVELOPMENT OF COLLECTING AND STORING GAS TURBINE TESTING INFORMATION SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
Abstract
This paper describes about automated testing and data collection architecture. Shortcomings of the existing solutions for the collection of test data has been identified. In accordance with modern post experimental requirements industrial solutions for the data collection and data storage and specifics of their own development of industrial enterprises has been considered. After analysis of the proposed decision to develop a single data warehouse life cycle tests. The expediency of the proposed solutions on the example of integration with the support life cycle facilities, the establishment of research and design systems, data visualization, and improve performance of data processing systems in the analysis. Proposed allocation of global and local levels on the upper level of the three-tier architecture. Local level performs tasks of operational data collection, the global level provides storage and handling of all necessary information about the test: configuration, service and operational.

INVESTIGATION OF INFLUENCE OF THE SHAPE OF THE ADAPTER ON HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER IN A POLYMER MELT EXTRUDER CHANNEL
Abstract
Presented a three-dimensional mathematical model of flow and heat transfer in the metering auger unit with an adapter. The effect of geometrical parameters on the processes temlomassoobmena adapter for flow of the polymer melt. In mathematical models have been considered the material of the viscosity characteristics of the temperature and shear rate, the channel adapter considered in three-dimensional spatial reference system, without the unfolding plane, and channel without using the reversed principle of motion.

ESTIMATION OF POLYMER LIFETIME BY TGA DECOMPOSITION KINETICS
Abstract
Ageing and stabilization of polymers is a large section of the polymeric materials science - the science of creating polymeric materials, processing, conservation and management of their operational properties. Aging of polymers - a complex set of chemical and physical processes occurring under the influence of the environment, their processing, use, and storage, resulting in an irreversible or reversible changes (deterioration) properties of polymers. Often, instead of the term «aging» used the term «destruction» (sometimes «degradation»). Physical aging processes are reversible. They do not lead to rupture of polymer chains, or crosslinked. As an example, the processes of crystallization, recrystallization or unwanted intrusion into the polymer solvent to cause intergranular corrosion (lubricant) and lead to the deterioration of mechanical properties of polymer articles. Chemical aging processes are irreversible. They lead to the rupture of chemical bonds, and sometimes to the crosslinking of the macromolecules, the chemical structure change, decrease or increase in the molecular weight of the polymer. Very important task is quantitative prediction resistance of polymer products. If time is underestimated reliable operation, the plastic parts are taken out of service before their resources are exhausted and it is uneconomical. If the operating time will be inflated, the polymeric product fail during operation, which may lead to an accident or even more serious consequences.

ESTABLISHMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION EFFECTIVENESS RESEARCH OF AN ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE
Abstract
This article discusses the process of creating and implementing an energy management system at an industrial enterprise. The system of energy management is a complex of measures aimed at automating energy accounting, identification and elimination of energy resource wastage, as well as to maintain power at a reasonable level technologically. Using functional simulation industrial plant is described as organizational and technical system with all incoming and outgoing flows. Method of calculating the efficiency of the processes of creation and implementation of an energy management system in the enterprise, depending on the nature of the outcomes will assess how effectively these processes occur. As part of the development of an energy management system should function evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented measures. Basis for ensuring a systematic approach developed technologies was a cycle of constant improvement PDCA: plan, do, check and the act. The developed algorithm will evaluate the result of the introduction and implementation of energy efficient measures .

DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING TRAINING COMPLEX OF PORTAL CRANE OPERATOR
Abstract
The paper presents the development of a training complex for the portal crane operator to train and test his practical skills in the loading and unloading procedures in real time. A portal crane “Albatros”, the prevalent in Russia, was chosen as the imitation object. Due to the fact that education by means of real cranes is labor-intensive and time-consuming on account of their ineffective exploitation and maintenance, in this paper, we pay a great attention on the problem of training crane machinists and the task of educating them with the use of computer simulators. We discuss the first computer simulator for training portal crane operators developed in Perm National Research Polytechnic University, its functionality and single out its shortcomings. We also introduce a module architecture of the training complex software of new generation, developed within our on-going project. It comprises the following modules: the core of the training complex (which connects all other modules together), visualization means (responsible for rendering the environment of the portal crane and the operator's workplace), physical and mathematical modeling module, computer-aided learning system, control devices (represented in terms of a real crane desk) and output device. Furthermore, we introduce a network architecture of the training complex, represented by the trainee's and tutor's workplaces connected with each other by the local network. The training complex incorporates the implemented computer-aided learning system which, in contrast to existing systems, leverages fuzzy logic for assessing the success in fulfilling exercises by the trainee and conveys a manager of different complexity levels for training operators.
