Effect of electrical current on the aluminum alloy D16 with a surface micro-arc oxidation coating
Ponomarev I.S., Krivonosova E.A.

Abstract

This article analyzed effect of different values of the electric current to properties of the coating at the surface treatment of aluminum alloy D16 using micro-arc oxidation. The features of the formation of oxidized surface of the aluminum alloy during the processing in the three different modes for the same duration of the oxidation process are shown.

PREDICTION OF THE PRINCIPLES SOLID CONSTITUENTS OF WELDING FUMES BY TYPE ELECTRODE COATINGS
Kuznecov D.A., Smolina A.S., Rakov U.V., Ignatov M.N.

Abstract

Medical studies indicate that the welding aerosols are one of the leading causes of occupational diseases welder, such as pneumoconiosis, etc. From the point of view of industrial safety is monitored only permissible concentration of hazardous substances included in the welding fumes. However, these data do not provide a complete picture of the impact of these substances on the body, a more important indicator is the mineral form of localization elements especially in the solid component of welding fumes, as well as their morphology, structure and dispersion. The authors present the results of a study on the morphology, structure and dispersion of the particles of the solid component of the electrodes for welding aerosols with different coatings. The characteristic relationship between composition and morphology, as well as between the particles and the nomenclature of view coverage.

ABOUT THE MECHANISM OF REDUCE WEAR OF FERROMAGNETIC MATERIALS
Zelinskiy V.V., Borisova E.A.

Abstract

The article hypothesized against adhesion method of processing magnetic field of cutting and deforming tools based on analysis of the experience of exploitation and experimental studies of a wide range of instruments. The results of experimental and mathematical modeling of the wear process in terms of increasing the magnetic impact are presented. Found that with increasing number of impulses the external magnetic field is a decrease wear and increase the residual magnetic induction of the samples processed by the magnetic field, and the quantification of changes in the intensity of these processes is showed. A new mechanism of influence of processing magnetic field on the wear is the appearance of an electronic system with a modified energy level that is resistant to the formation of chemical bonds, causing the adhesion is proposed.

INTERACTION OF PHASES IN THE PHASE-SEPARATION PHASES PETRURGICAL MATERIAL DURING THE CRYSTALLIZATION PROCESS
Ignatova A.M.

Abstract

The study, whose results are presented in this paper aims to study the phase-separation processes in melts petrurgical materials on the example of synthetic mineral alloys. The author draws an analogy between the phenomenon of phase separation of magmas in nature, which ensures the formation of complex patterns and textures of natural stone, set the data allow to consider the phase-separation phenomena in petrurgical melts, petrochemical as a managed process, that will provide the aesthetic and operational characteristics of these materials.
