WITHOUT INERTIA SYSTEM REGULATION OF THE RADIAL SIZE IN THE COURSE OF HONING
Abstract
In article it is considered without inertial system of regulation of the radial size in the course of a honing of openings which consists of elastic links. For without inertial system of regulation of the radial size the dynamic analysis was carried out. Behind results which were the transitional characteristic and diagram Bode is received. On the basis of the received characteristics it was defined that in system in the conditions of transient there is no inertial effect. For confirmation of the received theoretical assumptions a series of pilot studies of process of regulation of the radial size with use without inertial system was carried out. As a result of the conducted research it was established that in the course of regulation there is a hysteresis between the characteristic of a gain and falling of a contact pressure at processing. The caused results of a pilot study confirm theoretical assumptions taking into account that the throttling distributor with straight-line characteristics will be used further.

Structure and mechanical properties formation of the hot-forged low-carbon martensitic steel
Abstract
The influence of technological conditions of hot deformation of low-carbon martensitic steel (LMS) 15Cr2Mn2NiMoVNb on structure formation and properties was investigated. Quenching of LMS can be carried out in air due to high stability of undercooled austenite. Quenching of LMS by cooling with speeds lower than the speed of the air cooling has not been studied previously. This work shows the results of a research dedicated to the effect of different cooling rates during quenching LMS from the end of the hot deformation temperature on structure and properties.

RESEARCH OF INTERPHASE INTERACTION IN THE COMPOSITE MATERIAL “UGLEKON - TITANIUM”
Abstract
Results of researches for interfacial interaction of titanium and carbon in composite ”uglekon - titanium“ are submitted. At overlaying welding titanium on a carbon material the carbide layer determining properties of experimental samples is formed. The estimation is given to structural parameters of a material and their optimal values for increase of efficient operation of designs from composite are offered.

METHOD OF DETERMINING HIGH PRESSURE VALVE EFFICIENT PARAMETERS BASED ON SOLID SIMULATION
Abstract
Calculating the valve КВД-80-25 in ANSYS Workbench software is presented as an example of method. A series of purposeful static strength calculations of the valve element with subsequent choice of efficient parameters were done. The identity of the hydraulic characteristics of new and original designed valves was checked.

Hydrodynamical simulation of equal channel multiple angular extrusion through the U-shaped tapered die
Abstract
The present article is focused on the study of local flow dynamics and the character of formation of rotary modes of deformation during Equal Channel Multiple Angular Extrusion of workpiece through the U-shaped tapered die. The present local flow problem through the U-shaped tapered die was analyzed with an introduction of physical simulation methods and numerical fluid dynamics simulation techniques. The computational approach has been grounded on the basis of the numerical finite difference solution of boundary value problem for Navier-Stokes equations in the curl transfer form for the local viscous flow of incompressible Newtonian continuum through the U-shaped tapered die. Derived research results allow us to draw a conclusion that the design geometrical implementation of parallel slants within 2-turn U-shaped tapered die provides the localization of maximal tangential stresses within workpiece volume just in the vicinity of these parallel slants during Equal Channel Multiple Angular Extrusion of workpiece through the U-shaped tapered die.

THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF NANOTECHNOLOGY
Abstract
Considered the process of commercialization of scientific and technical research to determine problem spots turning scientific results in the higher school intellectual product. The system of relations of market institutions and mechanisms of public regulation and stimulation of the development of science, education, high technology, nanotechnology Methods of efficiency improvement of investigation commercialization are identified. It is shown that the commercialization of an investigation depends in a complicated fashion on a combination of many factors. A comprehensive approach to realize a set of technical and organizational, as well as economic measures to find the answer to this issue, is proposed.
