THE ALGORITHMS OF MEASURING CHANNELS’ FAULT DIAGNOSTICS AND COUNTERACTION FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF AERO-ENGINES

Abstract

The solution of the reliability increasing problem of the aircraft engine’s automatic control system (ACS GTE) through the use of the algorithmic redundancy is offered. The purpose of research is development of algorithms of measuring channels’ fault diagnostics and counteraction for input parameters of linear adaptive on-board engine model (LABEM) built into the ACS. The LABEM basic mathematics is shown. The static model is based on the throttle characteristics of the individual engine. The throttle characteristics was obtained in the acceptance tests or "race" in the operation after the service. The lower level dynamic linear mathematical model of a gas-turbine engine is obtained by state space method. The technical and theoretical difficulties of practical implementation of algorithmic reservation by the model are associated with the high dimensionality of the engine state space, that are significantly higher than the dimension of the vector of parameters measured on board. There is a problem of identification of sensor fault with subsequent replacement of the value by modeling information. The necessity of fault detection and isolation algorithms in is justified. To improve the reliability of the fuel circuit input information the Kalman-filtering algorithms with integrated fault detection and isolation logic for the measuring channels are used. The fault detection and isolation algorithms for sensors’ channels measurement in dosing needle loop based on Kalman filters were described. The algorithms are based on the calculation of the fault signature as weighted sum of the squares of residuals (WSSR), which is compared with the selected threshold value. The practice results of engines’ stand tests and MatLab simulation showed the high reliability and quality of ACS GTE based on proposed algorithms.

Abstract

Self-timed digital circuits (STC, aperiodic circuit, speed independent, delay insensitive, circuits insensetive to delays in gates and wires) as one option among digital circuits with synchronous and asynchronous, in recent years, experiencing a certain rise. This is due to the great potential of their work on the ultra-supply voltage, which is in "trend" technologies "Green computing". In Russia, this direction is actively developed by the research team at the Institute of Informatics Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences ( FRC IC RSA) with which the authors are joint research. A library of design elements for self-timed semicustom chips based gate array (GA). The article analyzes Muller element retaining the completion of the transition process in the self-timed circuits, working on the actual delay elements. Self-timed circuits are considered as one of the most promising options for energy-saving "green" computing, with work on the ultra-low supply voltages and the ability to fix the constant failures. However, this ability allows to build an active failsafe circuit, with this requires an additional control hardware maximum time of completion of the transition process to localize the site of failure and the corresponding reconfiguration (switching to the second channel), which may require a relatively long time. For the implementation of passive failover free of these shortcomings need triple redundancy. At the same time there is a problem completing the analysis of the transition process in the structure with a triple redundancy. It proposed and studied Muller element for redundant structures, retaining the completion of the transition process in at least one of the two channels. DEFINITION OF RELIABILITY LOCAL AREA N

Abstract

The article discusses the issues associated with the use of simulation to determine the characteristics of the local area network reliability. Simulation model was developed to determine the characteristics of the local area network reliability military unit of the Interior Ministry of Russia. Failures in any local area network are seen as random events. Therefore, its model is based on the use of the basic tenets of the theory of queuing systems designed to study complex systems with stochastic nature of the operation. In carrying out computational experiments on the simulation model using the program package MatLab Simulink environment were considered the options for a local area network with redundant and non-redundant. Statistical analysis of the results of experiments using Excel spreadsheets. These graphical and analytical dependence allows to determine the failure rate, the probability of failure-free operation and failure of the local area network of the military unit. The developed method of determining the reliability characteristics of the local area network of military unit MVD Russia, using simulation tools can be used to conduct numerical experiments to characterize the reliability of local area networks both at the stage of preliminary design estimates, and in their operation. It is also suitable for making a decision on the establishment of a system of redundancy in the structure of existing and newly created local computational-enforcement networks. However, as practice shows, the accuracy of such an assessment is within the range of 5-10 % error.

EFFECTIVENESS OF INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIES ACTIONS BY VISCOSITY LAYERS OF LIQUID MEDIUM IN CLOSED UNDERGROUND SPACES

Abstract

The work includes the comparison of well-known and widely used up-to-day approaches and methods of enhanced oil recovery in the extraction process of highly viscous components of the petroleum from underground storage fields. Analysis revealed that these approaches and methods as well as the most of the used extraction technologies of highly viscous oil products from enclosed storage, economically unprofitable. Comparative analysis of the well-known methods in the world show that the most effective technologies of enhanced oil recovery in the extraction process of highly viscous components of the petroleum from storage are «VAPEX», «SAGD» («JAGD») and microwave heating method. The results of our analysis and simulation show that the technology SAGD is inefficiency. The irrational structure of the circuit structural solutions (low position of the bottom production well) lead to a low oil saturation and a high degree of stratification of heterogeneous structure in underground storage. The using of microwave heating method shows high efficiency, due to a positive net present value, and the high rate of oil recovery in various versions, including the combination with other technologies. This suggests the prospects of technology of microwave exposure on the oil of high viscosity and the relevance of the additional research to determine regularities and features of the spatial effect on the viscosity of the oil.

TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF DLP-SYSTEMS, BASED ON FALCONGAZE SECURE TOWER

Abstract

It was analyzes the actual problem of preventing the leakage of restricted access information in corporate systems, which requires implementation of new software-technical decisions. Prevent the necessary statistical data. The concept of DLP-system, as the main instrument to counter information leaks, was formed. It was analyzed the basic and advanced functional capabilities of such systems, which variety allows to provide the highest level of protection from information leakage. The difficult task of protection confidential information against leaks in large establishments and organizations, including the educational institutions was determined. Providing of information security in conditions of implementation the tasks of PSTU, as high level educational institution is expected with the using DLP-system, based on software solutions Falcongaze Secure Tower. It was analyzed the main functions of Falcongaze Secure Tower, order and options of installation and configuring the software. It outlines the main features and benefits of system setup options. It was illustrated the admin console, which involves: a status monitor, interface to configure indexing, interface to configure process digital prints, interface to configure users and agents, the interface, which allows you to control the processing of mail and the image recognition, and also license information. It was reveal the methods of installing agents of workstations: manually, using the group policies and using the capabilities of admin console, and also reveal the methods of morphological analysis of the processed information. It was shown the structural- functional scheme of working system Falcongaze Secure Tower, and described the basic algorithm of its work. It was prevented the necessary results of evaluation the effectiveness of the system, based on experimental data.

Information System for Business Games Conduction: Resource Editor Design

Abstract

With the development of information technology business games, also known as simulated business games, becoming one of the main tools of the learning process in the business. The games business is very important to create a scenario in which the solutions are comparable with those conditions, which players will encounter in real life. This type of training will not only help to train new employees to certain competencies, but will improve your skills as an experienced employee. The authors propose an approach to the construction of new educational environments, is to develop design, technical, organizational, methodological tools of the active implementation of methods of formation of competence - competency of business games. The research considers the business game design subsystem of Competence-based Business Game Studio source environment. The key distinctive features of Competence-based Business Game Studio are domain independence and ability to base upon business-processes described in a certain notation. The design subsystem has to include software tools to convert unformalized and loosely formalized business processes description and competences required for model design to highly formalized models developed with the use of software and hardware suite. Such kind of tools is represented by interactive visual editor, which is being designed in the course of this work. The editor enables resource model development and allows to connect each business-process operation with relevant resource set.

MODELLING THE POLYMER MELT IN THE SCREW CHANNEL

Abstract

Production of cables with polymeric extruded insulation today occupies a very important place in any power system, as such cables can transmit substantial power at the lowest cost to manufacture the cable and its operation. The main method of Polymer processing-ready granulate in continuous coating is extruded using a screw machine (extruder), including to create the necessary pressure of the polymer melt. Since the physical and rheological properties of different types of plastics differ significantly, and, for example, the viscosity is clearly non-linear dependence on the temperature and shear rate, the selection of parameters (so-called working point) of the extruder for the production of the required quality with sufficient capacity is a nontrivial task. Full-scale experimentation, even with the use of techniques offered by manufacturers of extrusion equipment, often results in significant losses of both raw materials and working time (the line at the moment out of operation). Therefore, a possible alternative, allowing to reduce raw material and time costs arising from the change of raw materials or in the transition to a different output sizes, is modeling process. Of course, for a complete description of the entire technological cycle of forming the isolation necessary to make quite complex and capacious model. In this study, we considered part of the overall picture, describing the behavior of the melt in the screw channel of the screw unit, while for the polymer is carried out solely by gravity and drag material rotating screw-propeller. Such an approach is much closer mathematical description of the processes of extrusion parameters of the real process.

DEVELOPMENT OF WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract

During the analyzed activity of coffee "Coffee Black", which is part of Izhevsk restaurant chain catering "Food Service". It identified a number of problems related to timely delivery, processing and transportation of billet products between warehouses restaurant. They also identified key performance criteria studied coffee. On the basis of identified criteria, and based on an earlier analysis of warehouse space and personnel operating them, developed a model business processes coffee, containing the material and information flows, as well as the main elements showing trade flow coffee shop "Coffee Black". Further, based on the model created by business processes and to study its subject area with the processes occurring in it, it has been developed and ER- UML-system model. Designed ER-model of the system helped identify the basic structure of the modules developed an automated warehouse management system. As a UML-model is the use case diagram, which is a sequence of transactions performed by the system in response to an event triggered by some actor. In developing the model identified actions designed system and potential candidates for the role of attributes and nature of the system, further more detailed. The data and developed models will be used to create automated control system of storage facilities on the example of the coffee shop "Coffee Black", which in turn will increase the capacity of the warehouse, space saving storage space and improving the quality of service study coffee.

ON IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF PII SECURITY IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS OPEN TYPE

Abstract

Analyzed the pressing problem of security of personal data in an open educational information space. The features of the information systems of open type. It formulated the basic contradiction between the need for access to information resources and ensuring their confidentiality and integrity. We analyzed the vulnerability of information and procedures for the processing of existing information security systems. Disclosed is part of subsystems that provide information interaction in an educational institution. The model of interaction between the open education system with the global information space. Formulated the concept of the protection of personal data in information systems of the open type. It defines the tasks of constructing an optimal information security systems through a resolution of the basic contradiction between the requirements of the open information system and minimize the time access to information resources for authorized users. The possible directions for improvement of the system of information security: through the introduction of more modern means and methods of protection, the use of virtualization technology, the study of the process of information exchange and the search for optimal solutions to protect the domestic educational space. The main methods of increasing the effectiveness of information security in the information systems of open type. List the main types of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of information security. We propose the following criterion: data protection must meet the maximum number of requirements for data protection while providing minimum time access to information resources. A mathematical model of choice of means of protection of information in information systems based on open-solving integer linear programming problem. The methods of solving this problem.

RESULTS OF RESEARCH OF MONITORING OF DRIVING ELECTRIC MOTORS OF GAS-DISTRIBUTING UNITS

Abstract

The analysis of monitoring of operation of driving electric motors of electric drive gas-distributing units is given in compressor stations of the main transport of gas. The statistics of operation of synchronous STD cars at compressor stations of PJSC Gazprom for the last 30 years is presented. The facts of decrease in a resource and technical condition with the analysis of safety of functioning of driving turbocompressors on objects are elicited. It is proved that the prime cause of refusals of EGPA are 4 operational factors which are generally influencing on reliability of isolation the stator of windings of high-voltage electric motors. Regular and new hardware of expeditious monitoring of technical condition and forecasting of trouble-free operation of synchronous motors are presented. They are based on prospects of use of intelligent sensors with neuro and indistinct algorithms of forecasting of a condition of cars. The sequence of development stages of the built-in systems of expeditious monitoring of isolation of synchronous cars of a megawatt class with methods of receiving algorithmic and ON systems is offered. Models, columns and algorithms of realization of indistinct implication of monitoring of cars are received. Results of practical realization of systems of diagnostics at compressor stations of PJSC Gazprom which allow to predict quickly and authentically approach of emergency situations are presented and to reduce simple STD in repairs by 3-4 times. It is shown that introduction of new modern monitors of technical condition of units and the forecast of their resource at compressor stations allows to cut considerably operational costs and to increase safety and fail-safety of work in the regular modes, and also to carry out transition to maintenance and repair on an actual state of electric drives of gas-distributing units.
