Some restrictions of Fourier integral
Popov I.P.

Abstract

Given certain restrictions on the number axis complex- periodic function. These are almost all periodic functions encountered in technical applications. It is proved that in spite of appropriate conditions expandability via Fourier integral such functions can not be decomposed into a continuous spectrum of harmonics. It is shown that a periodic function on the real axis can not be represented as a Fourier integral. It is proved that bounded on the axis of a periodic function has no harmonics in its zero values. It is shown that a rectangular pulse function can be represented as a quasi-periodic and therefore not subject to degradation by the Fourier integral, and its spectrum (if it exists) does not depend on the size of the virtual period, this conclusion, in particular, apply to the step Hevisayt function. It is proved that a rectangular pulse function is decomposed into harmonics, not counting the zero harmonic, equal to the value itself rectangular pulse function, which consequently can not be decomposed by harmonic step Hevisayt function and d-Dirac function. It is shown that bounded on the real axis harmonic function can not be decomposed into a continuous spectrum of harmonics by the Fourier integral.

The influence of parameters process of plastic deformation on the formation of technological residual stresses
Kuznetsova E.V., Kolmogorov G.L., Trofimov V.N., Vavel' A.I.

Abstract

The paper proposed a method of calculating the technological residual stresses generated during the plastic deformation in the manufacture of axisymmetric hollow metal products according to the degree of plastic deformation and strain hardening of the material parameters. The degree of plastic deformation is defined as the sum of the intensities of successive small shear strain following the A.A. Ilyushin, which has undergone a bit since the beginning of the plastic flow in it up to this point that allows us to find the dependence of the degree of deformation of the plastic deformation process. This approach allows us to identify the influence of the main parameters of the process of plastic deformation on the technological level of residual stress in the workpiece, as well as to determine the residual stress distribution depending on the mechanical properties of the processed material.

Mathematical model of the steel deformation at martensitic transformation
Niashina N.D.

Abstract

The task of the deformation description at phase transformation is a part of a problem involving creation of two-level model of steel inelastic deformation at thermomechanical treatment based on approaches of the physical plasticity theory. The gradient of transformational deformation of representative mesovolume is constructed on the basis of the crystallographic theory of martensitic transformation and describes deformation with the invariant plane. It is expressed through a vector of a normal to the invariant plane and a shear vector which set transformational system (by analogy with system of crystallographic shear for dislocation sliding). According to the Kurdyumov - Sachs’s orientation relationships, there are 24 transformational systems, expressions for which component are given in the article. Features associated with application of a measure of inelastic deformation of mesolevel (crystallite) representative volume at martensitic transformation are considered. In particular conditions of activation of these systems at different types of loading are defined.

Development of model of functioning of the innovative enterprise as dynamic system with effect of memory
Domoshnitskii A.I., Istomin D.A., Gitman M.B.

Abstract

The industrial enterprise of innovative type is considered. It is believed that at the enterprise the bank of innovations is created. The process of developing innovative enterprise through time in a nonlinear manner with time delay associated with the inability of the investigated enterprises to instant response to changing market conditions and the introduced innovations. Procedure of a choice of an innovation, in the greatest measure is offered to the satisfying changing market condition at restriction on production resources. The model of the innovative enterprise is described by means of system of the differential equations with delay. Test examples of the solution of a task are given

Research of alternative approaches to theoretic-multiple opertions under fuzzy sets in the procedure of fuzzy intagrated assessement
Alekseev A.O.

Abstract

The matrix integrated assessment mechanisms are widely used for solving multi-criteria selection task. The functionality of these methods significantly enhanced by convolution interpolation function on a continuous domain of the editor boxes arguments that could be achieved, including through the procedure of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The possibility of use in the procedure of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation multi-parameter objects serve as an alternative to the known maxmin, probabilistic, including additive-multiplicative approaches to set-theoretic operations of union and intersection of fuzzy sets. It is shown that using the presented in this paper approaches fail to make the convolution matrix monotone and smooth, resulting in a comprehensive estimation error and unfounded decisions made in the problems of multi-criteria selection, optimization and control.

Cognitive approach to the solution of the problem modeling and design in CAD
Nosov K.G.

Abstract

Today, 3D-CAD model is an electronic document and the basic unit of design technology of industrial products. Paper media (drawings) lose their relevance and need to be adapted to the existing realities. An example of product documentation when you transfer data from existing drawings to three-dimensional electronic model. It is shown that the application of the cognitive approach provides additional opportunities in the optimization process modeling and design as a system. Also it is makes up for the lack of knowledge in the construction of three-dimensional model through the application of knowledge from other areas including the use of the parameters of existing products and CAD tooling.

Abstract

The method of a consumer assessment of quality of house management organizations is presented in article. Estimation is based on criteria of quality of the business processes of service in management provided by the housing legislation, standards and consumer preferences. Authors offered the concept of assessment of quality of house management organizations, and also a form of the questionnaire for monitoring of quality management of a real estate object for the Apartment House Councils and other interested persons. In article the main stages of estimation on the basis of the developed method of a consumer assessment of quality of services of managing organization are opened.

Customer attractiveness assessment of the commercial reasl estate items using matrix methods of integrated assessment
Spirina V.S.

Abstract

The article describes research data of applicability of integrated assessment matrix mechanisms for a solution of the problem of quality assessment of real estate items and a further determination of their customer attractiveness. The integrated assessment matrix mechanisms proposed allow the logical rules, which describe an impact of individual factors, being important for the customers, on quality and attractiveness of a real estate item, to be formalized. This fact allows the customer opinions to be considered when modelling and forecasting the foot traffic of real estate items. Such consideration of a human factor made it possible to raise the forecasting accuracy of the foot traffic of real estate items, using the example of shopping and entertainment centers.
